For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
8. Shipping & Delivery

Usually, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery area.
Safoom will not be responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
9. Return, Refund & Exchange
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged-by-customer products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order.

Customers can request order cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, the customer may need to follow our return or exchange process where applicable.
